SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days after your order has been processed. Total time from purchase to delivery is typically 5 to 11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather or peak seasons.

Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update.

Incorrect address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or refund you.
